Conference Theme

The conference marks the 10th anniversary since the creation of the Okanagan Charter (and Edmonton Charter in 2005) for Health Promoting Campuses so the overarching theme is celebration and recognition of 10 years and planning the next steps.

A decade since the Okanagan Charter…

Where from, what next, where to? Recent advances and future perspectives in health promoting campuses

What now / Where from  will facilitate recognition, reflection and celebration of the achievements of the movement since the signing of the Okanagan Charter (Eng) in 2015.  Carta de Okanagan (ESP)

What next will open discussions for necessary advancements including collaboration, innovation, and evaluation of health promoting activities. We will place on emphasis on two emerging themes - Sustainable and Egalitarian universities

Where to will chart the course for the campus health promoting activities for both emerging and established members of the IHPC movement. This element will be participatory (by registrants, networks and the wider IHPC community) in the years preceding the conference.

Remember to look out for the IHPCN co-chairs at the conference...

Rebecca and Matt will be delighted to chat with you about any queries you may have

regarding the Network and how you can get involved.
